All cake collections are from our Cakery at the base of Christmas Steps:

Please note there is a loading bay at the base of the steps you can pull into if you’re just collecting your cake.

Otherwise, if you would like to stay for a coffee or tea, there is public parking outside Hotel Du Vin at the bottom of the steps to the left or alternatively, parking at the top.

Collections available between 10am-4pm, Thursday, Friday and Saturdays.

You will be able to confirm the collection date at the Checkout page.

All orders for the coming week – for collection AND delivery – need to be place by 9am TUESDAY (unless stated we are fully booked).

PLEASE READ INFORMATION ON EACH PRODUCT’S DESCRIPTION CAREFULLY, AS SOME ITEMS CANNOT BE DELIVERED.

Local Deliveries will only be available on Fridays, unless we are fully booked. If you select Friday delivery this will default to the next upcoming Friday, unless otherwise stated in ‘additional notes’ for a future date.

Local Delivery is only available for Bristol postcodes BS1 TO BS9 (excludes Postal Brownie boxes and non-perishable items (such as vouchers) which can be sent anywhere in the UK!)
