These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed and paid for via the website or via our invoicing system.
We amend these terms from time to time, so any time you wish to place an order with us, please check back to ensure you understand and accept any changes made.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
FAILURE TO RECEIVE DELIVERY/COLLECTION
If no one is in to receive delivery, we will try to make contact with the contact number provided and make alternative arrangements, or leave your product/s with a neighbour.
If the above options are unsuccessful, the goods will be taken back to our shop and we will try and make contact again to organise alternative arrangements.
Products will be kept refrigerated but we won’t accept responsibility for deterioration of any products.
If we need to deliver the order again, redelivery charges will apply. Under these circumstances your order will not be re-made unless you wish to pay for it.
Any products which you failed to collect on your chosen collection date will be kept refrigerated but we cannot accept any responsibility for deterioration of the products.
CANCELLATIONS
If you’d like to cancel your order or booking, please notify us at least 3 working days in advance.
If you’re cancelling a wedding cake booking and have already paid the £50 deposit, we will not be able to issue a refund for this amount.
RETURNS/REFUNDS
If you’re unhappy with the product/s you’ve received please notify us via email.
Complaints should be sent immediately upon receipt of the product to ahhtoots@gmail.com. Evidence of any faults, damages or discrepancies should be included, and if a refund is necessary this will be given entirely at our discretion.
If you’ve requested to cancel your order and given us at least 3 working days notice, we will issue a refund back to the original payment method.
Refunds usually take 5-10 working days to process and reach your bank account.
Please note, any refund issued will incur a small fee to cover bank charges.
Once products have been handed over to you (the customer) either on collection or after delivery by us, the products are at your risk and Ahh Toots is not responsible for any damage incurred.
ALLERGENS
It is essential that you make us aware of any allergies or special dietary requirements before purchasing or completing your booking.
All of our products are baked to order in an environment where gluten, dairy and nuts are used, so we are not certified gluten/dairy/nut free, but can offer glutenless, vegan and ‘no nuts’ alternatives.
Full allergen details will be listed on each product/cake box that has been preordered.
If you’re purchasing any of our products over the counter in our shop, allergens are labelled. Please ask the front of house staff for any further information or email us at cake@ahhtoots.com
SHELF LIFE/STORAGE
Our cakes are best eaten on the day of purchase and at room temperature.
After cutting, our cakes will last well for up to 3 days if wrapped and kept refrigerated.
Brownie boxes come with a use by date so please adhere to this when receiving your order.
DEPOSITS
We only take deposits for our wedding cake bookings, which is a non-refundable payment of £50. Once paid your booking will be confirmed and final payment will be due 2 weeks before your wedding date.
PRICES/QUOTES
All prices on our website are fixed at the time of online purchase.
Quotes for our wedding cake bookings are variable.
Any quote given at your consultation and via email will be subject to change until we’ve confirmed all your final design ideas, cake size and blooms (if any).

COOKIES/CUPCAKES/TRAYBAKES/MERCHANDISE
These are available for preorder via the website for delivery or collection on your chosen day.
PLEASE NOTE – mixed cupcake boxes are not available for preorder. Instead, please visit our shop in person and choose from the cupcake selection we have available on the counter. Flavours change daily and are subject to availability.
Availability is limited so we recommend booking as far in advance as possible.
Orders for the coming week close on Tuesdays at 10am.
WEDDING CAKES/CAKE CONSULTATIONS
For larger wedding/celebration cakes, please enquire here and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
If we still have availability, we will get in touch with you to organise a wedding consultation with our head baker Tam. This includes a 30 minute consultation to discuss your design ideas (florals, colour schemes, themes etc.), display options, and (the best bit) you will also get to take home some cake tasters to try.
Following this, you will receive an email from us to summarise and confirm all the details from your consultation.
If you’d like to proceed and reserve your booking with us, we kindly ask for a £50 non-refundable deposit to be paid upfront to secure your booking.
Once all final details have been agreed, an invoice will be sent over for the remaining balance, which is due 2 weeks before your event date.

DELIVERIES/COLLECTIONS
Local Bristol delivery (BS1-BS16) – £25 flat fee
Any delivery outside BS1-BS16 will incur an additional charge – please contact us for a quote.
1st class Royal Mail – £3.25 – available for vouchers only.
Courier (APC overnight) – £7.99 – available for postal brownie boxes only.
These are sent out every Wednesday for next day delivery.
Collection is also available for any of our products from our shop at the Christmas Steps.
